The Rest of February

February has come and gone.  The month was pretty quiet for us.  The girls' school hosted a little art walk one night that Avery was super excited to go to of course.  We took the whole family.  Emery was upset that I wouldn't let her paint the whole night.  Another exciting thing is our neighborhood deer are back.  They were right outside Daryl's office windows, but I didn't get there in time.  I got a picture of them hanging out on our driveway before they crossed the street to our neighbor's yard. This month Avery and I finished the Little House on the Prairie books.  We started reading them in September and finished the last book this last Friday.  I love reading to Avery, and I am so glad that she enjoys it too.

Luke is our first child to carry around a blanket.  That morning he insisted on dining with his beloved dinosaur blanket.

Here are the deer hanging out in our driveway.

They were actually very cautious and slow crossing the street.

Henry always wants his blanket on his high chair during breakfast :) It's cute but so messy.
