Harper turned eight a couple weeks ago, and had a great birthday party at the same bouncy place that Avery did. She had a blast celebrating with her friends the Saturday after her birthday. Then last Saturday she made the choice to get baptized: without goggles on. Thanks to some practice in the pool she felt ready to trust Daryl to safely dunk her under the water for a few seconds. She also made me promise to have a special towel at the side of the font ready to wipe her face off immediately as she came out. Harper is super excited to be eight and now be a part of her activity group at church.
